The Warehouse USA manages the tendering of loads to our client’s carrier base. We provide carriers with your detailed information and negotiate pricing prior to pickup. Carrier selection is based on carrier cost and equipment availability. Both live and pre-load pick-up arrangements are possible. We monitor load tender acceptance status to ensure rejected loads are promptly re-tendered to a new carrier. Capacity specifications are communicated and verified with all carriers.
